FAQ's

How long will it take to receive my products?  

  • Both US and International orders will take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Processing takes 1-4 days after placing your order, and you will receive a tracking number for your package(s) as soon as it becomes available from our suppliers.

What are your shipping fees?

  • US orders:  Free Shipping on all orders over $25
  • International orders: Flat Rate shipping.  Orders 0-$50 have a flat rate fee of $10.  Orders over $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $20.  International customers are responsible for any additional customs fees that incur with your country's policies.


 Where are your products from? 

  • Most of our suppliers are located in Asia (China & Vietnam), although we also source from Europe and the US.  We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
How can I track my order?  
  • We will email a notification with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available. 

What is your return policy?

  • We believe that customer satisfaction is at the heart of every successful business. Please check our Refund policy for the all the terms. 

I didn't get all of my items.

  • Items may ship separately and arrive at different times.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped.  
Is my personal information secure?
  • We keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process and it is not shared with our suppliers. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.  

What are the washing instructions?

  • Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle.  We find they wash best when turned inside out first for both washer + dryer cycle. Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.  Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.
